Cancellation Policy

By proceeding with my booking I hereby agree to release and hold harmless Bark Park Play Centre for Dogs, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to me, my dog, or my property that may occur while I am using Bark Park. I understand that Bark Park is a shared space where dogs of all sizes and temperaments may be present. I acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of injury associated with being in an environment for Dogs, and I assume all responsibility for any such injuries. I also agree to keep my dog under effective control at all times while at Bark Park. I will not allow my dog to: • Trespass on other people's property • Bite or attack other dogs or people • Cause any damage to property If my dog violates any of these terms, I agree to remove my dog from the dog park immediately. I understand that this waiver is a release of liability, and I agree to waive any and all claims that I may have against Bark Park Playcentre for Dogs for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur while I am using the dog park. I have read this waiver carefully and I understand its terms. I agree to be bound by its terms upon my booking and payment of services both in store and online. ​
